*** is a partnership between animators *** and ***, currently based in Tokyo, Japan. **: and *** met at the Royal College of Art in London in 2008. Through Riboflavin, they explore shared interests in the imaginative potential of アニメーション, it's capacity to explore and explain the world beyond language, and it's future development beyond the confines of the screen. By turns both somber and silly, both technically adept and aesthetically crafty, Riboflavin is inspired by the stories and experiences that transcend conventions.
